Q: Why is the ROM less then 16G/32G ?
A: 1).The recover and cache will occupy the ROM, so it will show less than 16GB/32GB

A: Make sure that you have Internet access service first and then go to "Setting"-->"Networks"-->"SIM Cards"-->"APN (Access Point Name)". If you don't have APN information, you have 2 options:

Q: Can't receive SMS
A: 1)"Setting"--->"location access"---> Cancel "Wi-Fi & mobile network location" option, then reboot phone.
2).If the first method can not solve the problem, Can be solved by restoring factory setting (recommended to back up your data):
"setting--->"Backup & reset"--->"Factory data reset"---"Reset phone".
Q: Can't open WLAN or can't search wifi signal
A: 1).wifi band: some mobile phones can not support 14-band, So you need set your router wifi band or reset your router
2).Install the latest firmware from official site or connect our services.
Q: Can't recognize TF card or install app to TF card
A: 1).Some phones do not support TF card 
2).Make sure the TF card is not damaged, and can be read and written

Q: Can't recognize SIM card or the Signal instability
A:1).Make sure your SIM card is not damaged or nonfunctional
2).Do not remove SIM card or TF card when phone is power on! Otherwise may make your phone damaged!
3).Root your phone, Use Mobile Uncle Tool enter to band mode, and choose all the available bands
4).Make sure you have right firmware flashed on your phone
5).Install the latest firmware from official site or connect our services
Q: APPs from google play or other app stores do not work or are not supported.
A: 1). Some APPs only support be installed on internal storage
2). Maybe the apk is an incompatible version, you can download the right version from other APP stores
3). Some other APPs such as Black screen protection app or power management app may cause the problem, just uninstall these APPs
4). Too many background APPs are running, kill them all and then run your APP
5). Not enough storage, APPs need additonal storage to run
6). System problem,may need to restore system
